These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and helpslit ("helpslit," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the helpslit online gaming platform, including all games, features, payment services, and related content available at helpslit.com and through the helpslit mobile application.

By accessing the helpslit platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the helpslit platform.

helpslit reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the helpslit platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

To register for and use a helpslit account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold helpslit accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing helpslit from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of helpslit, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not already hold an existing helpslit account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

helpslit reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by helpslit may result in account suspension or closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one helpslit account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. helpslit employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, helpslit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any winnings generated through those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your helpslit account credentials, including your username, password, and any multi-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. helpslit will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your helpslit account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify helpslit immediately by contacting our support team. helpslit will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account pending investigation.

helpslit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct that helpslit determines to be harmful to the platform or its players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helpslit platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the helpslit platform, including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in helpslit games or platform systems. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating wagers in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the helpslit platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or any other interaction with helpslit.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any helpslit software or game.
• Creating or using a helpslit account on behalf of another person without that person's explicit consent and knowledge.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the helpslit platform or the experience of other players.

helpslit cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies, including the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), in the investigation of suspected illegal activity involving the helpslit platform.

All games available on the helpslit platform — including slots titles such as Fortune Ox, fishing games such as Boom Legend and Insect Master, and sports betting markets covering the NBA, PBA, UFC, boxing, and sabong — operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

helpslit uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. The RNG systems used by helpslit are independently tested and certified to produce statistically random and unpredictable outcomes. helpslit does not manipulate game outcomes based on player behavior, session length, account balance, or any other variable.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on helpslit's servers, the result recorded on helpslit's servers shall be the definitive and binding result. helpslit's server records are the authoritative record of all game outcomes and transactions.

helpslit reserves the right to void any wager or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or data transmission failure has materially affected the integrity of the game outcome. In such cases, the wager amount will be returned to the player's account.

All financial transactions on the helpslit platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). helpslit supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits to your helpslit account are processed in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your helpslit account balance. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the helpslit cashier interface and are subject to change.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by helpslit within the following timeframes:

• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals: processed within 15 to 30 minutes of request approval during standard operating hours.
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer withdrawals: processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the helpslit account holder. helpslit does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. helpslit reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal.

helpslit does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside helpslit's control.

helpslit may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all helpslit bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. helpslit reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games or game categories specified in the bonus terms. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• helpslit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Players who self-exclude or apply deposit limits under helpslit's responsible gaming tools may be ineligible for certain promotional offers during the period of their restriction.

helpslit is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. helpslit operates within the PAGCOR responsible gaming framework and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all helpslit players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out of the helpslit platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of their current gaming session and their net gaming activity.
• Cool-Down Periods: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-down period, the player's account will be inaccessible for gaming and deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a longer break from gaming may apply for self-exclusion for a period of six months, one year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

helpslit's customer support team is trained to identify signs of problem gambling and to direct players to appropriate support resources. Players who contact helpslit's support team with concerns about their gaming behavior will be provided with information about available tools and support services.

All content on the helpslit platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, animations, audio, video, text, logos, trademarks, and the helpslit brand identity — is the exclusive property of helpslit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

helpslit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the helpslit platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any helpslit content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on helpslit content or software.
• Use helpslit's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the helpslit platform.

Any unauthorized use of helpslit's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helpslit's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the helpslit platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your helpslit account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

helpslit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the helpslit platform, even if helpslit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

helpslit does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. helpslit will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

helpslit collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the helpslit platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the helpslit Privacy Policy.

helpslit processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

helpslit will not sell your personal data to third parties. helpslit may share your personal data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the provision of helpslit's services. helpslit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, helpslit will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the helpslit platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the helpslit platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the helpslit platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

helpslit's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described above. Players who believe a decision has been made in error may submit a formal complaint to helpslit's support team, which will be reviewed and responded to within five (5) business days.
